Responsibilities: • Conduct research on potential properties and local communities to effectively answer inquiries from potential buyers • Coordinate home showings promptly with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Assist the lead agent by presenting properties that align with buyer clients' needs and financial constraints, leading to increased sales • Aid clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process to ensure a smooth and equitable transaction • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails • Perform lead follow-up activities • Generate leads • Schedule appointments • Conduct consultations • Close sales Qualifications: • The ability to drive extensively in your car is essential for this role in San Diego, CA, US. • Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies or a quick learner when it comes to new systems • Must be self-motivated to carry out tasks independently • Looking for individuals who are driven, motivated, and eager for professional development • Possession of a Real Estate license in San Diego, CA, US, or the determination to obtain one promptly Compensation: $87,500 - $179,500 yearly
