Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyer agents to ensure smooth transactions. • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. • Follow up consistently to maintain client satisfaction and trust. • Use expert listing skills to help clients sell their homes quickly and profitably. • Conduct market research to provide accurate pricing recommendations. • Collaborate with marketing to maximize listing exposure and attract buyers. • Present our value proposition to secure new client agreements. Qualifications: • The successful candidate must have an active South Carolina Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one. • Be willing to work on a full-time basis as a real estate agent. • Demonstrate excellent people skills. • Be a committed advocate for the client. • Display strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow. Compensation: $50,000+ at plan commission
