Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Sales Scripts mastery Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Commission opportunityReal Estate lIcense required • Superb communication Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 at plan
