Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Actively prospect and generate new business through various lead sources • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties • Provide expert advice on the local real estate market and trends • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow agents for ongoing growth • Stay up to date on industry best practices and market changes • Meet sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall success Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $110,000 at plan earnings
