Responsibilities: • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Engage and follow up with leads to increase sales • Build and nurture relationships with clients to generate more business • Host open houses to promote agency listings • Manage the entire transaction process from listing to closing to ensure a seamless experience • Attract prospective clients to drive new business • Stay informed about local market conditions to answer questions about potential homes and neighborhoods Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Organized and manages time effectively • Self-motivation and drive • Technology driven • Past sales experience is preferred • Great communication and social skills • A valid TX Real Estate license • Closed at least $4M in real estate sales volume in the past year • Strong work ethic and an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset • A desire to work independently and control your professional growth • Team player with a positive attitude, passion, and tenacity Compensation: $85,000+ Commission-Based
