Qualifications: • Licensed real estate agents (or those in the process of obtaining a license). • Driven self-starters who thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. • Passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. • Familiarity with the Florida City market is a bonus but not required. Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
