Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
