Our Expectations: • Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals. • Needs to have an active Virginia Real Estate License (Tuition Credit Program available for Unlicensed Applicants). • Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements. • Membership to Local and National REALTOR® associations. • Participate in our training program. • Attend Coaching/Mentoring and Goal sessions when scheduled. • Uphold the Business Core Values and Code of Ethics at all times. • Respond to all client’s questions, comments, or concerns in a timely fashion to ensure unequaled customer service. • Participate in company sales meetings and other scheduled events. • Mastery of our industry-leading and proprietary systems. • Represent buyer clients on home tours and help them navigate through the sales process of buying & negotiating the contract using our proven sales process until the successful closing, all while safeguarding the client’s best interests. • Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). • Identify marketing strategy. • List and Market homes for sellers by following our Proven systems. • Possess knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand. • Willing to work evenings and weekends. • Type: Full-time • Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year • Willing to work a flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed • Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) • License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Show good organizational and time management skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology driven Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
