Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for your clients. • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your business within the specific geographies we serve. • Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Compensation: $65,000 - $105,000
