Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Lead Generation: Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels such as online platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct marketing efforts. Proactively identify new opportunities and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle • Business Development: Build and maintain a strong network of clients and contacts within Contra Costa and Alameda County. Cultivate relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals to expand your client base and generate referral business • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, pricing, inventory, and competitive landscape. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate information and expert guidance for their buying or selling decisions • Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals. Guide them through the entire real estate transaction process, including property showings, negotiations, inspections, and closing procedures. Maintain regular communication to keep clients informed and updated on market changes and opportunities • Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements for clients. Prepare and present compelling offers, counteroffers, and contracts. Coordinate with other parties, such as attorneys, lenders, and inspectors, to ensure a smooth and successful closing process • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other agents and team members, sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices. Foster a positive and supportive team environment where everyone is committed to each other's success and the overall growth of the agency • Professional Development: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing training, industry workshops, and networking events. Earning while you are Learning is a possibility with this Real Estate Team. • At least 1 year of active real estate experience • Must be local in the East Bay Area • Valid California real estate license • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach • Familiarity with the East Bay, CA real estate market • Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Knowledge of local zoning regulations, financing options, and property management • Prior experience working as a real estate agent in the East Bay, CA area Compensation: $110,000 commission based
