Responsibilities: • Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while providing exceptional service. • Master proven lead generation systems and convert leads into appointments. • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, offering expert advice on pricing, staging, and market trends. • Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, and script practice to sharpen your skills. • Host two open houses monthly to connect with potential clients and build your network. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Tech savvy • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $113,000 at plan earnings
