Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Answer the phone with live connections • Make outbound calls to existing leads for follow-up • Nurture leads daily • Available to show homes on short notice • Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week • Attend all meetings and ongoing training • Comfortable making videos Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Organized and manages time effectively • Shows in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Super time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Closed 5 deals minimum in 24 months Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
