Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with provided leads to maximize sales opportunities. • Provide expert consultation to clients, both buyers and sellers, to understand their housing needs and preferences, ensuring successful transactions. • Deliver exceptional service and advice in a consultative manner to build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat business. • Utilize extensive knowledge of the local community to address questions about available properties and the neighborhood. • Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process. Qualifications: • To qualify for this opportunity with Keller Williams Big Bear, you should have prior experience in real estate as an agent or salesperson. • Demonstrating a proven sales track record is essential for success in this role. • The ability to work independently while possessing strong interpersonal skills is a must. • You need to excel in sales, negotiation, and communication to thrive in this position. • Being pleasant and trustworthy in client interactions is a key requirement. • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is necessary for this role. • Holding a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license, or being in the process of obtaining one, is a prerequisite for consideration. Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 yearly
