Responsibilities: • Maintain regular communication with potential leads to enhance sales performance • Work closely with buyer and seller clients to comprehend their specific housing preferences and successfully close deals • Provide premium service and valuable advice in a consultative manner to nurture strong client relationships and drive repeat business • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to address inquiries about properties and the neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process Qualifications: • To be eligible for this position, you must have an active Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one • Strong interpersonal skills are a must for effective collaboration and the ability to work independently • The perfect candidate will demonstrate outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills • We are seeking individuals who are friendly, reliable, and proficient in MS Office/Google tools Compensation: $75,000 - $167,000 yearly
