Responsibilities: • Consistently engage with potential leads to enhance sales performance in the luxury real estate market of De Pere, WI. • Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their unique home preferences and guide them through the transaction process until a successful closure is achieved. • Build and nurture strong client relationships by offering top-notch service and expert advice, emphasizing the importance of continuous consultation. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to effectively address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood. • Prepare detailed purchase offers for buyers to facilitate and expedite the closing process in the luxury real estate sector. Qualifications: • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills while demonstrating a strong work ethic • Required to possess excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills in order to excel in the role • Must exhibit a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues • Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications is a must for efficient daily tasks and responsibilities • Possession of a real estate agent’s or broker’s license within the state of Wisconsin is preferred, or the motivation to obtain one to meet job requirements Compensation: $86,500 - $187,500 yearly
