Let’s unlock your true potential together! 4o Responsibilities: • Engage consistently with potential leads to boost sales performance in the vibrant real estate market of Colorado Springs, CO, US. • Provide expert consultation to buyers and sellers, tailoring to their unique home preferences and guiding them through every step of the transaction process until a successful closure is achieved. • Cultivate strong client relationships by highlighting the value of continuous consultation, delivering top-notch service, and expert advice to ensure repeat business. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to effectively address inquiries about available properties and neighborhood amenities. • Create detailed purchase offers for buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process for their dream homes. Qualifications: • Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional communication skills is a must. • Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential for success. • A friendly and reliable demeanor is required for this role. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications is a necessary skill. • Holding a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license in the state is mandatory. Compensation: $87,500 - $175,000 yearly
