Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential leads regularly to boost sales performance • Collaborate with buyer and seller clients to understand their specific home preferences and successfully finalize transactions • Always prioritize providing top-notch service and advice to clients to foster long-term relationships and secure repeat business • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and the neighborhood • Prepare detailed written purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process Qualifications: • To be considered for this position with our Real Estate Team in Bakersfield, CA, US, applicants must possess a valid Real Estate License • Demonstrated ability to work independently is required, along with exceptional interpersonal skills • Successful candidates should exhibit strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills • The ideal candidate will be pleasant, trustworthy, and have a client-focused approach • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is essential for this role Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 yearly
