Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential leads consistently to boost sales performance • Engage with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific preferences and close deals successfully • Prioritize providing exceptional service and advice to clients to foster strong relationships and encourage repeat business • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and neighborhoods • Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process Qualifications: • Must be able to work autonomously while maintaining strong interpersonal abilities • Possess excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills • Display a friendly and dependable demeanor • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is required • Currently hold a real estate agent’s or broker’s license, or in the process of obtaining one Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 yearly
