Responsibilities: • Engage with potential leads to drive sales growth • Offer personalized consultation to both buyers and sellers to understand their specific needs and facilitate successful transactions • Emphasize the importance of providing exceptional service and advice to clients to nurture long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and the neighborhood • Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required or must be in the process of obtaining one. • Strong ability to work independently while also possessing excellent interpersonal skills. • Proficient in sales, negotiation, and communication skills. • Must be pleasant, trustworthy, and reliable. • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is necessary. Compensation: $85,000 - $176,500 yearly
