Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Manage and track real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring all deadlines, compliance requirements, and documentation are met. • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, agents, vendors, lenders, and escrow officers, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Accurately maintain and update transaction recordsUtilize technology to streamline processes , including Office 365 and real estate software platforms. • Identify and resolve issues proactively , ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. • Provide administrative support , including data entry, contract management, and document preparation. Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements:Active real estate license (Required) • Reliable transportation (Required) • Proficiency in MLS, real estate contracts, and Office 365Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and softwareExceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challengesExcellent communication and customer service skillsProblem-Solving MindsetTyping speed of 50+ WPM • Must work in-house (No remote work available) Compensation & Benefits:Compensation $45,000- $50,000 DOEOpportunities for career growth within a high-performing real estate teamA collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions make an impact Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
