Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow rental and sales opportunities • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we work • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • Tech savvy Compensation: $60,000 - $300,000 at plan commission
