Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Attending weekly and monthly in-person meetings and training • Be a team player • Abide by all state and local laws including the Fair Housing Act • Treat all customers, vendors, and real estate agents with professionalism and kindness • Participate in community events with teammates • Stay curious with a growth mindset Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • A current valid FL Real Estate license is required Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
