Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Attend mandatory meetings, trainings, coaching calls, and team events • Consult with buyers and sellers on a daily basis through efficient and effective follow-up • Have local knowledge of the community to articulate conversations with your clients • Study real estate contracts, addenda, and other important documents to ensure your ability to communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, etc • Provide the very best service to your clients, vendors, and partners • Nurture relationships to generate repeat and referral clients Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Organized and manages time effectively • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000
