Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices • Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations • Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants • Show properties to interested buyers or tenants • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Valid real estate license in the state of Florida • Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven sales experience with a track record of success • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
