Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Organized and manages time effectively • Great communication and social skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
