Client Representation: • Assist buyers and sellers throughout real estate transactions. • Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours. • Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and closing documents. Lead Generation & Marketing: • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, social media, etc. • Market properties using MLS, virtual tours, and digital campaigns. • Build and maintain a strong online presence. Transaction Management: • Guide clients through financing, inspections, and closing processes. • Ensure all paperwork and legal documentation is complete and compliant. • Coordinate with escrow, title companies, inspectors, and lenders. Professional Development: • Participate in eXp’s online training and mentorship programs. • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations. • Collaborate with other agents through eXp’s virtual office environment.
