Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • Technology driven • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position. Compensation: $114,500 - $146,500 yearly
