Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Tech savvy • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivation and drive • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • 2 - 4 years of Real Estate experience required • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Westlake Village, CA and surrounding areas • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Proficiency in real estate software and tools • Self-motivated and results-driven individual • Must have a valid California Real Estate License • Must live within 25 miles of Westlake Village, CA Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
