Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, listing agreements, etc. • Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs • Help clients through the home buying and selling process • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, hold buyer and seller consultations, etc. • Provide potential home buyers and sellers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Attend community outreach and team-building events Qualifications: • Applicants should have an active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License • Applicants should have a high school diploma, and additional college study is strongly encouraged • Ability to work independently and in team environments • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of real estate experience preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
