Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: 125,000 - 200,000 yearly
