    Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Service clients all over San Diego and/or Riverside Counties • Provide world-class customer service to all clients • Consistently prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand clients’ needs and wants with their next sale and/or purchase • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about the market, properties, and communities • Connect clients with resources that will help them achieve their real estate goals • Contribute to the Team’s culture by showing up, sharing knowledge, asking questions, and supporting team members in achieving their goals • And, most importantly, Work hard. Be kind. Qualifications: • Tech savvy • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Past sales experience is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive • Ability to communicate effectively • Time management and organizational skills • Self-motivated with a tenacious drive • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge • Ability to adapt (very crucial in the real estate industry) Compensation: $60,000 - $180,000 yearly
