Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Lead follow up • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Sales mastery • Database and CRM nurturing Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
