Our World Class Operations Team will allow you to do what you do best: • CONVERT • CLOSE • NEGOTIATE • FULFILL Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Organized and manages time effectively • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • A history of real estate sales. We are looking for 4-20 units in sales over the previous three years (combined total) to consider you a fit for our organization • Ability, work ethic, and drive • Intrinsically motivated & wanting to be around others who are motivated • Understands and can effectively use basic technology (i.e CRM. Google Suite) • Wants and craves accountability to become the best version of yourself Compensation: $60,000 - $270,000
