Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $132,500 yearly
