We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Real Estate Services Coordinator to uphold Buncher’s standards while completing a wide variety of day-to-day tasks; provide impeccable customer service to our tenants; and work in partnership with all Buncher departments to ensure the Company’s portfolio is maintained effectively and efficiently to provide a safe and reliable working environment. Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, phone support, preparation of documents and correspondence, and work order tracking. • Assist with day-to-day operations including tenant and vendor customer service. • Provide prompt, professional responses and follow-through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints. • Ensure tenant requests/work orders are completed promptly and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and lease obligations and standards. • Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files. • Ensure building information guides are created and maintained including annual updates. • Maintain an accurate contact list for tenants and vendors by property. • Assist with the preparation of new vendor contracts and manage renewals. • Maintain a schedule of service contracts by property. • Coordinate work and assign tasks in support of the Property Managers. • Work with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate the internal maintenance team to address services and repairs to the property. • Coordinate receipt and proper coding of invoices with Accounts Payable. • Provide backup support to Leasing and other internal departments as needed. • Manage office supplies and coordinate office services. • Complete other special projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred. • 1-3 years of previous experience in commercial property management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Experience with real estate accounting software is a plus. • Familiarity with Prism / Building Engines a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Possess basic analytical skills. • Must be able to understand and carry out instructions in standard situations.Ability to solve problems in standard situations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Must be able to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy with a minimum level of oversight. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions or short correspondence and ask questions to ensure understanding. • Ability to write reports, documents, and correspondence. • Ability to accurately respond to common requests or complaints from tenants, vendors, and team members. • Must be team-oriented and possess an “upbeat / can do” attitude. • A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
