We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license • Bilingual Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 plus yearly
