As the Heyday Homes Showing Specialist, you will work alongside a Lead Agent to ensure that clients have a smooth buying and selling experience from start to finish, and beyond. This position is a full-time role, 40+ hour/week role and involves frequent evening + weekend hours. Real estate experience + an active real estate license are required. Responsibilities: PRIMARY OBJECTIVES - 20% The Showing Specialist's primary focus is to ensure that buyer and seller clients have an outstanding client experience before, during, and after the transaction through professional and prompt communication and at in-person showings/inspections. REGULAR WORK RESPONSIBILITIES • Working closely with a Lead Agent, the Showing Specialist will: • Show homes and attend inspections with buyer clients • Coordinate and attend contractor visits, showings, inspections, appraisals, and photo shoots for team listings • Assist the Lead Agent by identifying homes that meet client criteria • Follow up with and nurture clients on a daily basis • Coordinate and schedule showings on behalf of the buyer client • Attend Zoom buyer consultations with the Lead Agent • Develop and refine expert knowledge of neighborhoods, school districts, and all homeowner needs • Search MLS for properties that might be of interest to clients; set up MLS and Zenlist searches for clients • Maintain organized email records and client folders • Complete various research assignments as they arise - for clients or the Lead Agent • Assist with the review and debrief of various inspections with buyers • Set up showings for the Lead Agent by scheduling online and/or communicating directly with the listing agent • Meticulously maintain database of clients • Maintain a detailed to-do list via Slack / Follow-Up Boss • Assist Lead Agent with lead nurturing by making phone calls, sending hand-written notes, and/or sending property alerts to potential buyers and past clients • Attend Heyday Homes events to lead generate new business and nurture existing relationships Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
