Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
