Responsibilities: • Research and familiarize yourself with potential homes and local communities to effectively respond to buyer inquiries. • Coordinate and schedule property showings promptly, ensuring alignment between buyer clients, listing agents, and sellers. • Accompany buyer clients to view properties that meet their specified needs and budget, leading to successful sales transactions. • Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and provide guidance throughout the closing process for seamless transactions. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients. • Engage in follow-ups with leads and maintain activities for lead generation. • Efficiently schedule appointments to optimize time management. • Conduct consultations with clients to gain insights into their requirements and preferences. • Close sales successfully to ensure mutual satisfaction among all parties involved.
