Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on potential homes and local communities to provide accurate information to interested buyers • Schedule and coordinate property showings efficiently with buyers, listing agents, and sellers • Showcase homes that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients to increase sales opportunities • Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through a smooth closing process • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyers • Engage in lead-generation activities and follow up with potential leads • Efficiently set appointments and conduct consultations with clients • Focus on successfully closing sales for buyer clients Qualifications: • Willingness to commit significant time to attending property showings • Ability to effectively utilize CRM and marketing/lead technologies or a quick adaptability to learn new systems • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and driven towards professional growth • Possession of a Real Estate License or a strong drive to obtain one Compensation: $85,000 - $176,500 yearly
