Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on potential homes and local communities to provide detailed responses to buyer inquiries effectively. • Efficiently schedule and coordinate home showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the lead agent to showcase homes that meet buyer clients' needs and budgets, contributing to increased sales opportunities. • Assist clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process to ensure a smooth and fair transaction. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails in a professional and courteous manner. • Diligently follow up with leads and actively generate new leads to expand client base. • Arrange appointments with efficiency and conduct consultations effectively to understand clients' preferences. • Successfully close sales by guiding clients through the purchasing process with expertise and care. Qualifications: • Willingness to commit substantial time to driving in your vehicle for property showings. • Proficient in using CRM and marketing/lead technologies or a quick learner with a knack for grasping new systems rapidly. • Self-motivated and able to carry out tasks independently. • Driven, ambitious, and dedicated to advancing professionally in the real estate field. • Holds a real estate license or is determined to obtain one. Compensation: $82,000 - $167,500 yearly
