Responsibilities: • Research and compile information on available properties and local neighborhoods to effectively address inquiries from potential buyers • Schedule and manage property showings promptly by coordinating with buyers, sellers, and listing agents • Accompany the lead agent during property viewings with potential buyers that match their preferences and budget to drive sales • Assist clients in determining competitive offering prices and provide guidance throughout the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients • Pursue existing leads and generate new ones to expand the client base • Arrange appointments and conduct consultations with clients • Efficiently close sales transactions to meet targets and goals Qualifications: • Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing CRM and marketing/lead technologies or have the ability to quickly grasp new systems • Should be self-motivated and capable of working independently • Must display a high level of motivation and a strong drive for professional growth • Must hold a valid real estate license in Colorado Springs, CO, US • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Compensation: $87,500 - $185,000 yearly
