Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed research on available homes and local communities to provide informative responses to buyer inquiries efficiently. • Efficiently coordinate and schedule property viewings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely manner. • Collaborate closely with the lead agent to showcase properties that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients, contributing to increased sales opportunities. • Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through a smooth closing process for a fair transaction. • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients to ensure outstanding customer service. • Proactively pursue leads, generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct consultations, and successfully close sales. Qualifications: • To excel in this role, the candidate should have a background or familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies and demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. • Strong self-motivation is a key requirement for this position as it involves working independently. • The ideal candidate must possess a determined attitude, motivation, and eagerness for professional development. • Holding a real estate license currently or actively pursuing one is mandatory. • Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role. Compensation: $92,500 - $189,500 yearly
