Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed research on available homes and local communities to provide informative responses to buyer inquiries efficiently. • Efficiently coordinate and schedule property viewings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely manner. • Collaborate closely with the lead agent to showcase properties that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients, contributing to increased sales opportunities. • Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through a smooth closing process for a fair transaction. • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients to ensure outstanding customer service. • Proactively pursue leads, generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct consultations, and successfully close sales.
