Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on potential homes and local communities to provide comprehensive answers to buyer inquiries efficiently. • Coordinate and schedule home showings promptly, involving buyer clients, listing agents, and sellers for a seamless viewing experience. • Showcase homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and fit their budget, contributing to increased sales opportunities. • Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and offer support throughout the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients. • Implement lead follow-up strategies and engage in lead-generation activities to drive sales opportunities. • Efficiently schedule appointments and conduct consultations with clients. • Focus on effectively closing sales to meet sales goals and provide a satisfactory experience for clients. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should be willing to spend significant time driving in their vehicle. • Preference is given to individuals with familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or those able to quickly adapt to new systems. • We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work effectively independently. • The candidate we seek should be ambitious, driven, and eager for professional growth. • Possession of a Real Estate License is a requirement, or the willingness to pursue obtaining one is essential. Compensation: $92,500 - $167,500 yearly
