Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on potential homes and local communities to provide comprehensive responses to buyer inquiries effectively. • Coordinate and schedule timely home showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to ensure a seamless experience. • Showcase homes to buyer clients in alignment with their needs and budgets, facilitating increased sales opportunities. • Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and expertly guide them through the closing process for a successful transaction. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails with professionalism. • Efficiently follow up with leads and implement effective lead-generation strategies. • Manage appointments and conduct consultations in a timely and organized manner. • Successfully close sales by leveraging strong negotiation skills and market knowledge. Qualifications: • Comfortable with extended periods of driving in their car. • Preferably skilled in CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick to adapt to new systems. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Driven, ambitious, and eager for professional growth. • Holds or is willing to obtain a real estate license. Compensation: $85,000 - $167,300 yearly
