Responsibilities: • Conduct research on potential properties and local neighborhoods to effectively address buyer inquiries • Coordinate home viewings promptly with clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Accompany lead agent in showing properties to buyers that align with their preferences and budget, aiming to increase sales • Assist clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth and fair transaction • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients • Follow up with leads and generate new leads to expand the client base • Schedule appointments and conduct consultations efficiently • Close sales successfully to drive business growth Qualifications: • Must be willing to spend significant time driving in Palos Verdes, CA • Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies preferred, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently • Driven individual with a strong desire for professional growth • Possession of a real estate license in Palos Verdes, CA or willingness to obtain one Compensation: $87,300 - $187,500 yearly
