Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $60,000 - $140,000 at plan commissions
