Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • If you do not have a real estate license, we can help Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 at plan
