Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
